Carleton County Military Museum is a diverse military history location that serves the entire Carleton county area for military history. Learn about the history of Carleton county militias and lineage from before the First World War through the Second World War & beyond. From uniforms, helmets, shells and so much more including scratch built military models, built from wood. The 90mm anti aircraft gun is seen by the road and is located in front of the museum.
Heritage Walking Tour
Woodstock Heritage Walking Tour showcases the history of New Brunswick's first town, from the time of incorporation in 1856. This self-guided tour begins at the L. P. Fisher Public Library and finishes at the Honourable Charles Connell House. There are over 40 properties in the tour, including the exterior of Victorian homes and civic buildings on the downtown residential streets.
