Please take notice that the Town of Woodstock will hold a Public Hearing on the following application:

Application:                                        Dayton Engineering Ltd., on behalf of the property owner

For:                                                      Municipal Plan Amendment: To amend Schedule A of the Municipal Plan to                                                                                              redesignate the property from Residential to General Commercial.

                                                           Zoning By-law Amendment: To amend Schedule A of the Zoning By-law to                                                                                                  rezone the property from One and Two-Unit Residential Zone to General                                                                                                        Commercial Zone.

Any person wishing to inspect the proposed By-law may do so at Woodstock Town Hall, 824 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, during regular office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday except holidays.

Written objections to the proposed amending By-law may be made to the Council by forwarding comments within 30 days of the Public Presentation to:
