It is time to stop the suffering in silence and to connect people to the help they need to achieve mental wellness. Join us Sunday, May 26th in the McCain Community Theatre at Woodstock High School, to create a video to show our community that we care about it's mental health. Nobody will be singled out or interviewed. We need your attendance and support to make a huge impact, to help foster change in how we deal with mental health/illness issues and to erase the stigma surrounding mental health and mental illness.
