NOTICE TOWN OF WOODSTOCK PUBLIC HEARING - PROPOSED REZONING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Woodstock is considering amending the Municipal Plan By-Law # Z-300 and the Zoning By-Law # Z-301 by rezoning the following property:
PROPERTY: PID: 10164887 232 Houlton Street REZONING: from Rural Greenbelt to Highway Commercial PURPOSE: for the purpose of developing a commercial business.
PROPERTY: PID: 10274686 112 Chapel Street REZONING: from Central Commercial to R2, One, Two and Multiple Residential
PROPERTY: PID: 10073260 (a portion) Eastwood Drive (as per attached plan) REZONING: from Highway Commercial to R3 – Multiple Unit Residential
The proposed By-Laws may be inspected at the Woodstock Town Office during regular business hours. Written submissions for or against the proposed rezoning will be received by the undersigned until 4:30 p.m., Friday, November 9, 2018. A public hearing for the purpose of considering the written submissions will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the Town Hall, 824 Main Street. At this time, any person may speak for or against any of the written submissions received.
