Every Monday and Thursday, 3:30-5:30pm. Participants will be taught the basic skills of preparing simple family meals, after-school snacks, and baking. Other topics that will be covered are kitchen safety, food handling, and etiquette. Emphasis will be put on creating more healthy choices so that participants are instilled with healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
