PUBLIC PRESENTATION - PROPOSED REZONING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Town of Woodstock is considering amending the Municipal Plan, By-Law #300 and the Zoning By-Law #301 by rezoning the following property:
PROPERTY: PID: 10168938, 106 Harley Street, Dennis Scott
REZONING: From “R1” Single Family Residential
To “R2”, One, Two & Multiple Residential
PURPOSE: for the intent to construct a 2 unit residential development
PROPERTY: PID: 10107431 and 10164077, 840 Main Street, Brenda MacLean
REZONING: From “R1” Single Family Residential
To “R2”, One, Two & Multiple Residential
PURPOSE: for the develop a 5 unit residential occupancy building
A Public Presentation is set for, Monday, January 9, 2012, 7 pm in the Council Chambers, 824 Main Street. Following the presentation, Woodstock Town Council will receive submissions regarding this proposal until 12 noon, February 10, 2012.
